The spacious rooms were a huge plus. Very functional, it felt like home. The cleanliness was excellent. The clean upon request was a good change that we liked. We were able to refresh our towels and soap when needed, but enjoyed the option of finding our room just the way we left in.

Staff on check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. Even the other guests were friendly. I loved how my dog was welcome there. That was one of the most important things to me. The hotel was clean and peaceful. I wish I could have stayed another night, I was so comfy there.

I love how the staff where Exceptionally, nice, and the overall hotel was clean. My room was excellent as well. Also I love the snack room where we were able to get free coffee that morning before leaving. And how clean and decent everything was.

I thought the room was very spacious and I liked that they had a full size refrigerator in the room for our dogs food and our beverages. The mirror in the bathroom was the best I have seen in a hotel room.

I planned a stay close to the Expo Center, as I'm unfamiliar with the city. I wanted a comfortable room to return to and clean up in. This stay worked out for us and I would stay here again. I enjoyed the information hub in the front lobby: reminders of date and weather, and interesting daily facts.

I usually like this place and it's always been decent clean but this time they had overbooked I came in late with my special needs child that is in a wheelchair and they had no room for me. I was very upset

We were in town for a memorial service that was at noon on May 6th and were heading back to New Jersey immediately afterwards. We asked the manager if we could use the lobby restrooms to change into our travel clothes. She was so kind and told us she would keep our room opened for us to change into before we headed back to New Jersey. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and we were so appreciative of her kindness!

I did not get a chance to get breakfast, but I did enjoy my stay overall! Very clean, nice facility. Beds were fairly comfortable. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Would recommend to a friend or potentially stay again!
